To request to migrate an old course. Please click this link.
Please make sure you have a Teacher/Professor role in that course. We will not process courses that do not belong to you.
You will be redirected to a Google Form where you will need to provide:
Your name
URL of your Daigler 20 course
Long course name for your 2nd Semester 2025–2026 course (see sample)
Short course name for your 2nd Semester 2025–2026 course (see sample)
Department offering the course

For uniformity and easy search, please use the following standard course naming conventions:
Course full name: AIS Code AIS Description Semester Year Surname
Example 1: 3-184 Securities Management 2nd Sem 2025 Dela Cruz
Example 2: 3-184 3-185 3-186 Securities Management 2nd Sem 2025 Dela Cruz (for multi-section course)
Course short name: AIS Code AIS Subject Semester Year
Example 1: 3-184 FIN 4156 2nd Sem 2025
Example 2: 3-184 3-185 3-186 FIN 4156 2nd Sem 2025 (for multi-section course)
You may add some other short detail to make it unique and easy to search.
RESETTING A COURSE VS COPYING A COURSE
Resetting a course:
To prepare a course for a new group of students by removing all previous student submissions, forum posts, quiz attempts, etc.
Copying a course:
To create an identical copy of a course, including its content and user data, for various reasons (e.g., creating a template, making a backup for future use, or distributing it to another Moodle site).COURSE COPY
You can also request to have a "clean" copy of an existing course--excluding former students' data. All course materials including Question Bank will remain intact. Please email aavp.oe.team@addu.edu.ph and include the following details:
- Courseware to copy: Link
- New Courseware Full Name: AIS Code AIS Description Semester Year Surname
- New Courseware Short Name: AIS Code AIS Subject Semester Year
- Department: School and Department
